KiaOptima apartments in Los Angeles are among the best in the city.
It is a building that has seen its fair share of controversy, including an attack from a group of protesters last fall.
In response to the protests, the developer announced the construction of two new apartments on the ground floor of the building.
Now, however, the apartment building is up for sale.
The property is now for sale at a price tag of $4.9 million.
In addition to the apartments, the building has a total of three hotels, a gym, and a bowling alley.
The apartments were built in 1998 and offer 4,000 square feet of retail space.
According to the listing, the apartments are built to “provide affordable living and entertainment, and are available for rent for one to two years with no security deposit.”
It has also listed an “exclusive suite” in the building for one of the units, which is currently not available.
This isn’t the first time the apartments have faced controversy.
In April of this year, the Los Angeles Times published a story about the apartment complex, and it quickly went viral, garnering more than 50,000 shares and 1.5 million views.
In February, an architect was hired by the developer to create a mock-up of the apartment, and he was unable to finish the mock-ups before the building was sold.
The building also received a negative response from neighbors and other residents, which led to the developer’s decision to pull the mockup, according to the LA Times.
It’s unclear how many units the developer plans to build at the property, or how much money the building will generate for the community.
